Are you always such a negative person looking for a negative thing to say something that has nothing to do with this situation? That was a really really stupid question. Anyone knows in their right mind that know you don't go and do something if you see somebody shooting. Unless you're like me or someone else that carries a gun and you're legally allowed to because you live in a state that allows you to do it then yes somebody would have stopped and shot him because you're allowed. I've spent a lot of time there. My ex friend wanted me to go where her new friends had JUST had a driveby. I had three babies and she had two. I said no way am I risking my life. She said you have to live your life and not be scared. Risk the mother of your children to hang out at 12am while your boyfriend sleeps. She cheated on him constantly. Not a good place for good people.
