Appreciate your review. I’ve had the iron for about a year and rarely use it. I must be the only one who has trouble with the dial, I’ve never seen it mentioned anywhere. I think it is very hard to turn and you can barely see the markings on it. Like I said, maybe just me.
Thanks for your input Connie. I think that is also helpful information that I had never considered 👍 I am sure others will appreciate knowing that as well.
If you could only buy one Oliso Iron, I would go for their big smart irons. I LOVE mine. But the little guy....I agree. It's overpriced for what you get....but I am a sucker for the color options :)
Thanks for the honest review! About the way you pronounce IRON, I had to laugh at the end of the video, because I have watched it all and not realized your pronunciation until you addressed it. As a non-fluent and non-native English speaker myself, I feel a bit less guilty about having discovered the "right" way of pronouncing the word iron just a couple of months ago. Xoxo from Canada 😘
Ha Ha!!! I suppose we are always learning. I mess up and only know English. lol. I am always amazed by people who know more then one language. I looked at your videos and you do such an amazing job! Where in Canada are you from? I am in Calgary, Alberta.
I’ve just subscribed to your channel. I’ve watched several so far. Great tutorials. As far as the word iron goes, yes, you say it funny but after a bit it’s cute. And don’t feel alone, my granddaughter says it the same way you do! 😆
Hello Lisa! lol, so glad you could handle me saying Iron it funny. Sounds like you have an awesome granddaughter, hope you will get to teach her to sew one day!!
I have one! It turns off after a couple of minutes and you are stuck and you can’t get it on again. My project came to a complete STOP! I think it has a short so company is replacing it when it comes back in stock! Only lasted maybe 4 months. My $10 B & D lasted much longer! Still working
Great video! I’m not a crafter but looking for a small iron for space reason. Would this one be good enough for basic t-shirt and shirts ironing? Thank you!
thank you. Question: can the iron be operated without water in the tank? I would be happy to dry iron and when necessary, use a water sprayer to get out stubborn creases.
Yes! I rarely use the steam feature with this one and just dry iron. Although more good news is that they have made a newer version of this iron now that has even better functionality in my opinion. Happy ironing!
You are welcome! The racks on my wall are from ikea. I got them about a year ago so I am not sure they still have them. They were in the wall decor section. Happy crafting!
I bought one because I had ti send the big one back the manufacturer. After using it about five months it’s simply stopped heating. It was a big hassle getting to the point where I could get the mailing label to return the iron. Customer service not so great…But I did get it and I also bought the little one thinking that would be a good stopgap--WRONG ! I bought the little one and the steam component absolutely does not work. I am thinking about going back to a much less expensive iron!
Terri!!!!!! You have no idea how much that has helped me. Thank you so much! I keep thinking Eye Earn now in my head and I am finally getting it lol. At 40 I am finally figuring it out!!!!
Hi Brenda, I can't say why that would be. You should probably contact the company, but I will say that it doesn't have a continuous steam setting. It only steams when you push and hold the buttons. Then let go and push again. Each time you push the button it will release some steam. Hope that helps.
Thanks for giving the pros and cons

I purchased this iron and did not care for it. I think it's overpriced. Thanks for the good review.

Not worth it. Steam doesn't work and I've rarely used it and the heat burned a stain through the surface I placed it on even with the silicone trivet.
In IRON, the R is silent . It is pronounced as if you are saying I and HUN as one word .
If you watch the video on how to use the oliso It tells you to drain the water after you use it before putting away or travelling
Thank you for your review on this mini iron. I bought one from HSN and I do love it.
You are welcome Yvonne! They really are a fantastic small iron 💜
I just found your page! Love your content!

Is it me or is it the way she says Iron ? I was thrown. 😁So cute. Love it 👈💯❤️❤️
Ha ha!!! It’s not you. I say it weird 😅 at the end of the video I try to say it correctly….it doesn’t go well🤭
Oh that’s too funny I thought it was just me who is hearing that pronunciation a little bit different then what I’m used to
Thanks for your honest input! AND your cute face trying to say it “correctly!”😂
You’re welcome 😊
Thank you. It has helped me make a decision. God Bless your business.😊
Well, I won't be touching that iron, even with a 10' pole. The leaking is a definite deal breaker. Thank you for sharing.
No problem! They have a new version out now so I am not sure how that one will work. I love using mine, but I never use water :)
I already own that little iron, but I haven't used it yet (been out in the garden>) Thank you for all the info on it.
You are welcome Eileen 💓
Great review! Thanks for posting this video!
Thank you Brenda! Hope you are doing well.
Looks like nice little iron! Thanks for your honest review.
You are most welcome Jan!
Thank you for your honesty 🙏
My pleasure!
Thanks for sharing - very useful!

I just received my M2pro and am looking forward to using it. I don't use steam is that a problem for the iron to over heat?
Great pros and cons!
Your adorable and I say “iron” the same way. Lol thanks you were very helpful 😊
lol....I think we are the only two who say it this way :) Glad I could be of some help!
I was very interested in an iron with a sharp point for appliqué. sounds like this is a nice feature with this iron thank you
Glad it was helpful Brenda. Applique is so much fun, enjoy!

Can you tell what your pressing surface is? It is beautiful, and a great size. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing the cons. Much appreciated! Could you please share the ruler storage you have on the wall behind you? Thanks in advance.

Nice review thanks for sharing
Glad I could help!

You're adorable! I get teased the way I say pillow. Eye earn money, repeat that and you got it! Just found you and going to check your videos out
Terri!!!!!! You have no idea how much that has helped me. Thank you so much! I keep thinking Eye Earn now in my head and I am finally getting it lol. At 40 I am finally figuring it out!!!!
Amazing videos
Thank you Leena!
Just say "I Earn." LOL
I just bought it. It gets really hot like you said but the whole iron gets too hot. I hold it correctly but my hand is too hot!
Oh dear that’s not good I’m thinking about getting one soon because I’m left-handed and my dritz mini iron is designed for right handed people
Happy Sewing!
How do you get the steam to work
I guess you missed that part of the video. Go to minute marker 2:49 seconds
My steam NEVER worked... by the time I figured that out, was too late to return it
I got a bigger version of oliso iron and it leaked so i managed to get my money back😃
I am glad you did Gisela! I am tempted to get the larger version. Fingers crossed it won’t leak!
The 'r' in the word iron is silent.
Say "eye-on"
Mine will not steam

I have the same issue as well as about 3 of my friends. Must be duds😢
I really love my Rowenta travel iron. It gets really hot and steams well even in vertical position.
Funny how you say IRON 😂😂😂
😂☺️I never knew I said it funny until I started RUclips. I am trying my best to correct it 🫣😅💜
@@TamarasJoyDIY it’s cute though 😘
I have two oliso irons (small) neither one will do the burst of steam..grrrrrrrr
Thats frustrating Sherri, when you push both buttons down do you hold them for a second? I find it takes a few “pumps” to get it started.
@@TamarasJoyDIY yes, I have tried everything you can imagine....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I have this small iron also and my steam doesn’t work either! Frustrating! However I use it because it gets very hot and gets the job done!
Not! Worth over $200 🤔really?
"EYE-RON"
😂 “I-EARN” 😝
@@TamarasJoyDIY oddly enough you are probably saying it the correct way. We Americans tend to miss pronounce words all the time
