Why would Mikey leave the gym they have in Oxnard/Riverside? He may head to Vegas to get the extra work but, if anything, the move opens up another gym (and another pool of fighters) for Mayweather's fighters to work with.
Between Mayweather Boxing Club in Vegas, Headbangers in DC, RGBA in Oxnard, and Ten Goose in Van Nuys, you're talking about 50-100 fighters, across basically all weight classes, working off of each other.

phase2(option deal): fights 9,8,7,6 - $2m guarantee per fight (mutually agreed opt-out clause, in case Mikey wants to lock in better money guarantee and Mayweather wants to lock in the rights on the next 3-4 years for Mikey (carrying things through his mid 30s)
