I did a similar thing on cradle 00agent. Killed Trevalyan but somehow fell, animation of bond falling had me angry then it had a tick next to the 00agent menu

It still shows up in the menu even if you’ve already placed it.

I did that earlier. It's just it said mission complete for the bomb defuser part even though the computer blew up
