Even after Vogel's departure, Westbrook still faced integration challenges. Vogel was also dealing with an aging roster, and trading Westbrook wasn't an option due to his high-dollar contract. It seems like the real problem lies with the ownership, and it's unlikely that any new coach will have an easier time under the current management.
