i like the pique teas and i kinda ended up in the same area as you did as far as pros and cons. it tastes good and i did notice that there was some skin and texture clear up (big zits inflammation went down and "tingly zit to come" feeling went away). and i notice the matcha sun goddess one is a pleasant energy and taste, but that could be from any number of variables... its expensive but i originally learned about it while researching tea brands that dont use tea bags -- RE the recent plastic leeching in tea bags drama...

Cristina you just sent me down a rabbit hole on the plastics in teabags - I had no idea! Was Pique Tea on the list of having plastics in their teabags? Lately Ive been drinking mint green tea from Lidl so now I will have to look at this. Thanks so much for telling me about this!!!

​@@JoeCannon1 no they did not have plastic in their tea bags, but that was another "selling point" of their crystals vs bags in my research. its the microplastic awareness in our overuse of plastic and use of low quality plastics. largely it just led me to loose leaf teas as a baseline, but its nice to have these smaller ones when i am light weight traveling or packing for a day trip. thank you for being one of the few videos that talked about pique tea/tea crystals in a legitimate manner.
