Why wasn't Sam played as partner? I play Merry and Pippin. Whenever Frodo and Sam are played I always get a lil frustrated at how slow the food making is. Great game I watch just to see how your deck played out 😊
Airball's last turn was incredible! What a great game. I thought Veggie Wagon was going to win. Thank you Nerdgirl, Veggie Wagon, Joe Cherries, and Airball for the video.
This is prior to watching it but from looking at the Commanders, I kind of expect the green deck to come out strong early, end up arch enemy and get eliminated first (I think Veggie plays more for overall impact versus winning the game) with the winner probably going to the deck least damaged by stompy green (given the classic Veggie / Nerdgirl rivalry, likely one of the other two decks) or that can politic with the deck most devastated by stompy green to help crown them the winner by king-making.
Airball out-Veggie-ing Veggie to win the game is amazing. Spectacular! ❤ Also, always love seeing Joe. I have considered making a monarch-focused deck with Aragorn at the head. This gives me ideas galore.
I love your content and commander decks! I wanted to see the links for your decks, but they won’t show for some reason. Either way, great video and great game!!
Maybe I'm blind but didn't airball only pay 1 red for mana geyser and then only have 1 island and izzet signet for counterspell at the end? It was still a sweet ending and maybe tapping differently it works out fine?
I noticed that too when he cast the Mana Geyser, but after a thorough inspection of his lands and mana rocks, Airball would have had enough of the necessary mana available at the required times to cast everything if he were tapping properly every step of the way. So while it bugs me, it doesn't really change the outcome
It is the most expensive card in Airball's deck but if you look at the decklists his is actually the second cheapest deck overall. Resplendent Angel is $40.
I can’t stand people putting their mana artifacts with their lands, because it happens more often than you’d think that someone wipes out all artifacts and the table doesn’t remember a rock or two (just an honest mistake, no cheating) until maybe three turns later when you’ve been using it each turn and someone finally realizes you have that rock, but by that point it put in enough work to seriously alter the game. How’s my run-on sentence?
25:10 he have to create zombie army creature. Because from errata this text gain word "Zombies", it's Ammas Orcs and Ammas Zombies (also Ammas Slivers bzw), so in that case it's cheating
So they actually errata'd all of the old amass cards to say amass zombies. So Airbball would of had 2 amass creatures. One being an orc and the other a zombie.
pet peeve: tapping cards to the left! Mostly right handed people do this, it just triggers me, because even right handed players tap to the right most of the time.
This was filmed the day before i got my neck brace! I was on some solid pain meds. Lol
Forgive me for being slow and quiet.😅
Hah - I just thought you were annoyed with Joe Cherries, but that explains it.

Joe Cherries claiming to have one magic pet peeve is hilarious. Great game y'all

“The fellwar stone has summoning sickness”
The editing and quality keeps getting better
So I'm not a patron but I'd like to see you all do a set of decks centered around blood, food, treasures, and clues tokens.
For super monarchy!

Airball had a sweet play with Dumbledoor. I didn't think the headmaster had it in him. (Dumbledoor, not Airball)
Next need to be Pauper commander!
Every EDH group has that 1 player whose by default always the bad guy that is targeted the most. For this one, its always Veggie
5:10 Don't worry Veggie, you aren't the only one who has gotten that feeling.
The way this ended was INSANE
Great game, nice end despite the counter
This right here folks is peak Magic
I love your content and commander decks! I wanted to see the links for your decks, but they won’t show for some reason. Either way, great video and great game!!
I will look into this right now! Check back in an hour they should work!
Thank you!! You guys are awesome!
One of the best counter plays at the end for sure
I love the thumbnail with the sandwich because of food( PS Firehouse subs is 🔥). Always appreciate a game where Joe Cherries gets to guest appear.
Hehe thanks! I was feeling silly that day.
Also Joe will be in Mondays episode too!
Loved the thumbnail photo with NerdGirl just chowing down. Hahaha
That was a beautiful game. Love how it ended.
Turns out Legolas does have some legs
Found this chanel by accident and have fallen in love. ❤
Welcome! We are so glad you found us.
Great game. Love budget builds.
I'm building a Smeagol, Helpful Guide Deck. I am almost done with it and it is going to be very sweet.
Rapacious Guest death trigger!!!!!
Somehow they do print all wood elves with Asian face🤣
Improper use of the mouth of sauron, should have played on the elf
That last round was scary
airball and joecherries are my fav guests you have on the channel

Why... would you cast rancor on legolas? Its supposed to go on each enemy creature one at a time.
i agree joe! how can i target your nice artifacts if there with your mana and i cant see them?but i must admit ..sometimes i do this....ooOOPPSS.
6 mana turn 2 feelsgoodman
What an amazing game end!
6:49 same Joe. Keep them rocks and creatures outta my lands.
Great game! But chandras ignition isn't really a budget card, is it? :D
It is the most expensive card in Airball's deck but if you look at the decklists his is actually the second cheapest deck overall. Resplendent Angel is $40.
Chandra ignition is like £2 last I checked and very budget
Wouldn't the mythril equipment have triggered Legolas's second ability?
Moxfield links are not working for me. I tried being signed in and not.
That was a great match. Ggs to you all.
What life counter are they using?
We just use the Wizards Companion app.
Wait how is mtgnerdgirl's deck budget? Isnt resplendent angle like, a 50$ card?
Edit: Ah, she answered the question at the end of the game. Haha

How’s my run-on sentence?
Where are these super cute tokens from!?
Super fun
Where can I get tokens like that?
There is a link in the description. :)
cool game!
Amazing table of individuals. This is an ideal playgroup. ❤❤❤❤
Great to see Joe!
Go team evil!
I love that even without context of a card I knew who Nerd and Vegi were playing just based on what they were doing in the thumbnail 😂❤
25:10 he have to create zombie army creature. Because from errata this text gain word "Zombies", it's Ammas Orcs and Ammas Zombies (also Ammas Slivers bzw), so in that case it's cheating
How is 100$ "budget". You can get 2 LOTR precons for that and have some extra cash left for some minimal upgrades. That's budget building.
A 100 dollar deck for most people is budget. Especially when compared to how much people spend on their decks. 100 is a very strict budget IMO.
Aiiiiiiirrrrrrbbbbbaaaaalllllllllllll!
can we turn off Joe’s mic please
So they actually errata'd all of the old amass cards to say amass zombies. So Airbball would of had 2 amass creatures. One being an orc and the other a zombie.
uh oh..
No. Once you amass that’s it. You end up with a combination zombie orc amass token. You do not create a new creature.
Everyone seemed to be held hostage by Mr. blobby in the corner where are the smiles people?
Uhhh resplendent angel is like $40 did need girl really use almost half her budget on 1 card?
@@DeckedOutEDH props to you for doing it! Glad it saw some play! Great episode thnx for the video

In response: m*rder
Is.. nerdgirl okay? It seems like everyone is having fun and laughing and every time she's on camera she looks bothered.
She was on some strong pain killers
Don’t care for joe at all
Ok?
Why's that?
Womp womp
He was pretty annoying to be honest.
@@Nick-82I thought so too.
Joe's over-commentating is cringe.
you guys . Nerd Girl is super beautiful but she has to get good
In my honest opinion she's the best player at the table, and I think the others would agree with me.
Nerdgirl never use Sam 🥹🥹🥹
