Now let's replace these old 20th century trains with something modern.
The trains are electric, run 200 km/h, the locomotives are brand new and the coaches are in fine condition for the moment. I don't see the issue.

The State of Pennsylvania should buy Acela 1's for Keystone and Pennsylvanian Services, once all the Acela 2's are tested and placed into service.
