I was crossing my fingers for a good Storm shadow V2 but no luck, the more you stray from the original design the farther you get to achieve perfection.
Classified is meant to be a new design...the retro line is there for old school accuracy... we shall see with more photos tomorrow!

@@AToyKindaMood I don't know about that hood/mask though. And I know it's just a plastic figure and we will argue for articulation, but the sleeves are really tight. Shouldn't it be like a loose fitting Gi? Not a problem. Just means it's Milliput time! Thanks for reminding us, Moody. Maybe I'll wait to see the Retrocard version.

Yay! You all get your ALPINE!! 😆 And YAY!! The version of Storm Shadow that introduced me personally to the character!! Don't need him, need him as much as others on the way, but am highly anticipating him. Love those climbing hooks/shuko, or are they pantera! I'm concerned about the head and hood and mask. I'm not sure I'm seeing that right, but I may have reservations against it.
We NEED Alpine! I'm sure my hopes for Hit-N-Run will be met before long!
That Iron Grenadier looks as though he's set up as a leader of the theme. I mean, Hasbro will have some things to change before it's accurate enough for a Retrocard. Much, you could say. That's not a double breasted jacket on the 80's toy.

The in box package images are doing no favors for these figures. I'm hoping the hood/head of Storm Shadow is improved once we see the figure on the livestream. The rest of the figures look okay but I will need to see them out of the package and other pics of them.

I think the axe might actually be from Arctic B.A.T.! And, yes I was able to sneak in the Storm Shadow accessory image last sec but my commentary was before that. Those claws are def from Nunchuk

@@AToyKindaMood - It's a waste of time and money if they don't get it right the first time. They're strategically milking their customer base.
This Storm Shadow v2 figure is garbage. Wrong side head/hood, the arrows on his backpack are more of a crossbow bolt and could not fire from that compound bow, the compound bow is ugly, I don't like the skirt/shirt tails, should be no red on the outfit itself. This figure is wrong on so many levels. I was hoping it would be done properly so that I could retire the v1 figure which wasn't so great and they totally screwed the figure. We haven't gotten one good Storm Shadow figure from classified in my opinion yet. Most likely to Hasbro get greedy and release a proper looking figure but it will be one of their lame exclusives. I agree that how tis passed as a figure is beyond me and Hasbro should be ashamed treating one of the most favourite characters like this. 4 figures so far and noting great. I only bought 1 which is going into a box since this isn't even worthy of display.
