Jotaro's stand cry is more ruthless than anything, and giorno feels more righteous, either way they're both cool and i'd love to see something where they both rush someone
Dio's Mudas were always more of a gloat, like "hah, your power is so miniscule compared to mine. Even trying to fight back is completely useless. Useless, useless, useless!" Whereas Jotaro's Oras didn't really mean anything in particular, just an expression of power and rage, a battle cry. Giorno takes the Muda of Dio but uses it like Jotaro, as a battle cry, rather than a declaration of superiority

You know what’s scary to think about, when GER was reversing King crimsons effect he said something along the lines of you will never come to truth and he will never know what happened, meaning that Giorno didn’t see what GER was doing so that could mean that is Giorno died that GER could be one of the stands that carries on and that’s pretty flipping scary to think that the strongest stand in all of JoJo could possibly never die
There are some stands in JJBA that could counter / defeat GER though
