I noticed how sometimes the attachment to the future outcome was also a coping mechanism. Feeling hopeful for a brighter future one day :) . Giving love to that part that feels the need to attach to an outcome is also powerful!
Thank you 🌞

You are a literal genius Benny 🙏 Amazing how you connected the dots.
This is the secret information the whole world needs to hear, see and especially feel 😍
Great work again 👏
Great quote!
What’s the quote that stood out to you Dany?
Hi Benny, should I, 'ignore' my weak core muscles and other muscles supporting the hips although it's hard to breath because of the lack of support and trust that muscles will do it's thing over time?
Hey Jasna! It’s important not to ignore your weak core and hip-supporting muscles, but rather, approach strengthening them with patience and care. Instead of pushing through discomfort, focus on gentle, progressive exercises that engage your core without overwhelming your system. Trust that, over time, consistent practice will help build the support you need. Breathing may feel difficult now, but as your muscles strengthen, you’ll find it easier to breathe and move with more stability. Just listen to your body and take it one step at a time!
Thank you Benny...
Do you have any suggestions for mild excersizes for the core?
Hey Jasna, start with exercises that help with activate and strengthen the diaphragm, like these: www.movementplus.app/course-overview?recordId=rec4UDDzsvn3WSNRV
