  • The Deathadder v3 represents a unique intersection between affordability and the maximum competitive performance and design philosophy... if the size is right for you at least. Great mouse here, easily puts up a fight to other top tiers like the viper v2 pro, deathadder v3 pro, pulsar xlite v3 esg and lamzu thorn.

The only thing you gotta watch with the DAV3 Wired is its cable/wire, even with a bungee. Mine got random disconnection if I flick or just by even fixing the cable. Tried connecting it to another pc and laptop and it still disconnects so I had to RMA it. When I received the RMA unit, I sold it along with my first dav3 wired unit. Also in a long term usage, the scroll wheel tends to have a 'jump' after months of usage.

"quality control". Even Razer confirmed that my DAV3 Wired had a faulty cable.

Was gonna pick one of these up but been on a fingertip journey lately. Great price point if you don't mind cables which I don't. Wishing you a happy 2024 in advance 🥳

Oh shoot yeah, this isn’t much for fingertip lol. I’d keep an eye out for the OP1 8khz, could be a literal endgame wired fingertip. Happy new year to you to bro 🤙

What dpi and polling rate do you have it set too?

@@HUERITO818 Hi, I love to use 3200 dpi for best responsive input and 4K is great, no need to put extra pressure on PC with 8K, barely noticeable

@@Ratatwa I just tested all the settings by so 1600 dpi is a good sped for me haha
800 was slow and anything above r1600 was too fast for me haha
As for the polling rat that makes sense just gonna run 4k haha
I’m a new of player so maybe with more gameplay I’ll notice a difference haha
      Thank you!

I've been trying new mice for scroll wheel longevity, that's been my long time gripe, mine kept failing after a while from multiple brands.

Yeah it looks like a decent number of people are running into scroll wheel problems with this, such a bummer. The Xtrfy M42 used to be one of my top favorites but that got a janky scroll wheel after like 3 months.

But already problems after 6 months with the scroll wheel. It scrolls way more than I want or it goes down when i scroll up and so on. So 3 stars from me. The software takes about 3 gigabytes and it installs on lots of folders across C:\ Lots of .exe files running all the time when razer synapse is running.
It's so useless to praise reviewers that used a mouse for 3 days. What if mouse fails after 6 months? 1 year? it's still a good mouse?
If v3 wired fails in 1 year, won't buy a razer product ever again. But for now, there's still a chance I would buy Razer again.

Yeah that is a huge bummer about the scroll wheel. I’ve used this for about 4 weeks of total use in game and didn’t run into any problems yet. I never do quick short term reviews without saying so up front, bare minimum for me is like 1-2 weeks. I wish I could do long term testing like that but if I tested every mouse for 6 months I’d only have 2 reviews a year lol. Yeah Synapse is a bulky thing, but the onboard memory means you can customize the mouse and uninstall after if it causes your system any problems. I’ve never had any issues with it but I see a lot of reports of it ganking people’s memory usage.

@steamstories1279 so are you saying you bought the V3 wired and had scrollwheel issues?

It´s too expensive. No RGB, no special things.
I had to pay 30 bucks for a used one because I don´t see the 60 bucks in this item.
The only thing in this mause that I don´t like is that the side buttons are too high up. If they would made the buttons a bit more low, it would have been perfect.

8k polling rate and a nice coating. What do you want for €30?
