You just gave me an idea for my set up. Tried the ram mount off the saddlebag guard and got all sorts of micro jitters. I have a spare luggage rack that now I'm gonna mount a plate to it. Thanks for the inspiration.
I dont have Movmax arm yet. But mounted Dji to car with magnetic mount and RAM Mount arms. Could use like 10% of footage. Lots of shaking, vibration, micro stutter etc. Swapped suction cup mount and rly rarely get vibration. Also noticed wife car has new shocks and rear spring, lots of vibration. My car what has old shocks, springs, smooth. 😁
Yo that outro killed me 🤣 Great video, dude! Just got into bikes and doing content for a local shop. Been thinking of picking one of these up for that purpose.
Great video. Can't you now attach it without the suction cup when you have this insta360 dumper? Or you already tired it and it is still vibrating too much without the suction cup? Seems these arms are unusable with Pocket3 without this small dumper ...
Yea I tried it with just the dampener and it wasn’t enough for my taste. You can totally run it and get away with it, but I wanted every single bump gone in the footage.
@@p85film But I've seen you also attached the arm without a suction cup (on a plate and custom mount). Have you tried the arm + dampener without a suction cup?
@@JoATTech I have. and it works if you're on an extremely smooth road and your motorcycle is really balanced and don't vibrate much. for best results the blade arm is the way.
@@p85film But what I mean is blade arm + dampener but not attached via suction cup, but via one of your custom plates (like at 2:17 or 1:58). I guess suction cup dampers a bit too, since it's rubber. But with the custom plate you have there (at 2:17) it would have much smaller footprint.
@@JoATTech yes! that's how I wanted it to be. that was the whole point of that custom piece. but it was still buzzy. I think cause it was hard mounted? I tried it on my truck, and hard mounted it still was a little buzzy. as soon as I had the suction on there it all went away. I don't know what it its about that. just that extra buffer.

Hell yea!! Love that!

Yes the blade arm makes all the difference!

Hahah hell yea! It’s a great little piece of kit. For the price you can’t go wrong!
Class video 🤟🏻 Got a Lowrider S in the UK and looking to buy the Pocket 3 exactly for this . Thanks for the video
Hell yea! Glad it helped!
Excelentes tomas! Me encantan!!!! Felicitaciones. No has tenido problema con el
Gimbal por el viento en la motocicleta ?
Thank you! Nope! No problems with wind at all. I was on the freeway going about 80 miles per hour and no issues.
