    I recently loved your videos. Reasonable, down-to-earth, mature I'd say. Well done.

    So i don't know if it is the same in the states as it is here in Canada but we are taught that beginner riders should always be positioned behind the group leader

    • @CityNinja650
      @CityNinja650  8 месяцев назад

      Yea that’s pretty much the same here in the states. This was supposed to be a beginner ride but nobody was. Just the guys who work there. I probably was the only beginner.

    Looks like an awesome group to ride with. No showoffs or idiots riding with you. Hard to find a good group like that. Maybe I'll get my bike down there next year and ride with you guys.

      Yea man. They did 2 of them. Second time was kinda annoying in the beginning. One dude kept getting right beside me. In turns and all. Did not like that. Told dude to just go ahead.

    My buddy has a gsxs750 and another has a 883 sportster. When I ride with them I can't really hear my bike unless the rpm is up there over theirs lol. It's not a big deal really. I actually kind of like the quieter bike rather than deafening everyone in the parking lot and neighborhood everytime I pull up. That being said one day I still want a super sport haha 😂

      I agree lol. I don’t care for loud loud bikes. What what throwing me off was taking off. What super sport you want?

      @matthewleasure2396 idk might stick with ninja and get a zx10r after I pay this thing off in a couple years. Still have a lot to learn on the 650 tho.

      @@naception I feel you. My dream bike is a Honda Goldwing and I know I have at least 2 more steps before I get in that monster of a bike

      @matthewleasure2396 the dealer I was at had an old 90s one for sale for 3grand. It looked amazing. My wife doesn't ride but I might get one of those someday so I could take her as a passenger.

      @CityNinja650  Год назад

      @@naception that’s probably the only bike I would feel comfortable with a passenger. I seen someone last week with a chick on the back of one of these 650 (no gear lol) looked so so uncomfortable for her. And sketchy

    I just about order an exhaust every time before I even have the motorcycle lol. Can’t deal with quiet California emissions exhaust that sounds terrible. And if I have to wait for an exhaust I’ll ride straight pipe.

    What I found challenging on a group ride is staying close to the rider in front of me. I was too nervous about running into him, so I left a huge awkward gap. Any tips for this?

    • @CityNinja650
      @CityNinja650  8 месяцев назад +1

      Honestly I do the same thing. I’m not a fan of group rides. When I start posting the 1st ride videos you will notice there is a big gap in my riding too.
      I swore off group rides after the second one I did. There were several people who would get right next to me…mid turn.
      The 1st ride was an exception but I hate them. Honestly you leave a gap if that’s what you feel comfortable with. As you continue to know your bike and practice swerves and emergency braking you will gain more confidence with that situation.
      What’s nerve racking is not only do you need to know how to control your bike but you have to hope others do the same. A lot of riders only engine break to slow down and that’s really bad because the break light don’t engage.

    It's nice to see other bikes up close. Yes, that bike must have taken off his baffler in the exhaust. Too loud IMO. Good tips.
    Group rides are okay, but not very interesting as mostly on the backroad curves, things tend to go very slowly more than normal riding, depending on the group. Plus I am not a fan of the idea where one guy rides right on the yellow double line, and the other rider is stacked to the right. I rather be the guy away from the yellow lines, as I would never ride near or close to the double lines. That's too dangerous but I see group riders doing it all the time. The fast group ride is a little more exciting but a lot more dangerous if they do something that gets the group into trouble. Like wheelies or something that can create a situation.

    of course every person stops at the stop sign, what kind of question is that?
    That's what the stop sign is. A sign for every participant to .. stop. at the.. stop sign.
    The hell man..
