I love the inner connection between music, space and fashion, specifically the Beethoven’s moonshine with the innocence and refinement of the white clothings. I also loved the dramatically end in red with the majestic and intense Sarabande. Great! For me as a specialist in baroque music, the show was a magnificent visualization of the music and the music a perfect interpretation of the atmosphere and expression of the fashion creation. Bach’s polyphony in the middle of the show found a perfect answer in the counterpoints of materials and styles of the clothing. DIAR-T. Love it!

I can say I can't choose which one stands out because all of those pieces are majestic! From those back details to crochet pieces, they were all pretty! Those flowy dresses and see-through gowns are so classy! Those doll shoes are perfectly appropriate for the theme and clothes. Plus the ambiance is perfectly fit for the vintage vibes that the production wanted to bring. It was an ecstatic show, Dior! Maria Grazia Chiuri never fails to amaze us.
Several outfits in this look really nice. Can see it being used in a variety of situations. I do love the skirts/dress/wide bottoms as they flow/dance in the air as the person walks. Love that.

Stunning couture collection, heavily... thoroughly referenced yet reads differently, softly at first a blank palette that opens up and shows you it's not blank at all. Seemingly conservative handmaids but up close in many ways reactions against conservative anti-women ideology and politics. Ukrainian motifs elegantly and carefully integrated. Very wearable peices and utterly mesmerizing couture work especially the work of the brodeurs, plisseurs and dentellières, but also the other métiers less seen at first glance. A deep dive of a collection. Brilliant.

Many of these are some of the most beautiful clothes I've ever seen. I'm not really a fashion junkie--I sew and I make most of my own clothes but high fashion shows seem so...out there--like most seem more like a shouting contest than anything else--but this? This collection is amazing.

When we speak of "high fashion" THIS is what is rightly meant. The French term Haute Couture means "high sewing" therefore, high fashion. This isn't a commercial product. Ready to wear is. Couturiers do not make money on these designs but they represent the house and sell the mystique of Dior. They also preserve the quality and artistry of their atelier. Many of trades would llfallen away long ago. The ateliers specialize in one thing. For example "le pliesseur"... is the pleatmaker.

I ADORE the use of beige. I feel that in mainstream fashion we take the most used and basic silhouette and make it in a bright color when really, it's about how it's styled. The uniqueness of the silhouette. This collection used beige (a traditionally "boring" color) in such a unique and beautiful way. This collection is all gorgeous.
Seeing this collection, it gives me some ideas on how to achieve the Dior 2022-23 Autumn/Winter look but for a lot less. I already have a tiered skirt and a white frilly blouse so Im good to go.
This collection is perfect. Easy to wear but elegant, classic, and simple. Even many of them are hijab-friendly. The cut, pattern, colour, silhouette all scream for haute couture. Beautiful and graceful!

That’s why it’s a problem it’s about modernizing diors designs, simons and galliano both did that during their time with Dior she has not. She’s continued to do the same boring bar jacket in 13 different colors with the same calf length Cotten skirts. She’s too worried about being “woke” she doesn’t want to push the limits for what couture should look like. Look at Versace that’s a brand for a strong powerful woman and they actually bring in inclusivity that MGC never has done but talks about doing.

I love the show so much and I love the outfits but can I say this with full honesty, I got this as an add while my music was shuffling and didn’t noticed that it was playing and I finished an art piece and I enjoy it very much but I was fascinated that it was an add and not the music, now I am happily watching the video and enjoying the context of it 😊

I love the show so much and I love the outfits but can I say this with full honesty, I got this as an add while my music was shuffling and didn’t noticed that it was playing and I finished an art piece and I enjoy it very much but I was fascinated that it was an add and not the music, now I am happily watching the video and enjoying the context of it 😊
