    This animation is completely unclear. The virus is shown entering an endosome and then it is somehow magically is seen inside the cell, presumably in the cell cytoplasm and then it finds a vesicle and magically enters it, before fusing with the membrane so it can re-enter the cytoplasm. What am I missing here?

      It looks like the virus is uptaken by the cell by endocytosis, the vesicle binds to an endosome to release the virus, and the membrane of the endosome fuses with the virus' capsid to release just the genome into the cytoplasm. A bit hard to tell tho, I agree
