This animation is completely unclear. The virus is shown entering an endosome and then it is somehow magically is seen inside the cell, presumably in the cell cytoplasm and then it finds a vesicle and magically enters it, before fusing with the membrane so it can re-enter the cytoplasm. What am I missing here?

High-resolution micro-computed tomography (µCT) image data were segmented to generate these surface models in the Schachner Lab at the Louisiana State University Center (LSUHSC). The radiolucent, air-filled portions of the left gas-exchanging lung were segmented in Avizo Lite (Thermo Fisher Scientific) using a combination of automated and non-automated techniques. To date, it represents the most detailed gross model of the avian lung ever generated. The initially visible dorsobronchi (green to purple) are on the lateral surface of the lung. As the model rotates, the more medial ventbronchi (mint green) and more caudal laterobronchi (pink) can also be seen. These groups of secondary bronchi all branch from a primary bronchus (white) and are connected to each other by a network of parabronchi (in gray). These parabronchi, in turn, lead to an intricate air capillary network where gas exchange takes place (not seen here). As the model rotates, the trachea and primary bronchus of the right lung are removed to reveal more detail. Parabronchi are also removed on the second rotation. The brightly colored flat planes visible on the distal ends of some of the bronchi represent connections to the system of air sacs that balloon from the bronchi and fill much of the avian body cavity.
