He is correct about the bipolar his mom is bipolar and usually passed on and don't know if Trudeau is on meds but if he isn't he should be because he sure seems bipolar Trudeaus probably 10 times worse when he's drunk he looks like he could go on some pretty good fits of rage look at him in parliament swearing manhandling other MPs sometimes looks like he can hardly control himself
