If a person rides in the cold a lot then that’s a good item to have. But if you only ride in the cold on road trips. Still good to have but I use hot hands and foot warmers. They last all day and I’ve used them in freezing weather. Rode from Tupelo Mississippi to Lafayette Louisiana in below freezing temps. Stayed warm all day.
Thanks Cruiseman Interested but, It doesn't say what size shoe the small and large size socks fit. What size sock did you buy and what is your foot size? I wear a 14 shoe
I generally do a 6 hour ride when I go out, even in November. The 4 to 4 1/2 hour heat time would not work for me. I'm am looking to replace my current socks, but may have to stay with the 12v bike connection type. 👍 informative video
There are several other brands heated socks on Amazon that have a 5000 mAh battery and that would last about 12 hours. I am from the ski world and merino wool and nylon socks plus insulated boots and I cannot remember my feet being cold. I rode Northern Canada at 5-8C all day and never thought of feet. Hands and face yes.
Gordon, thanks for the reply, I'm going to look into it. I already have a dual thermostat for jacket, pants and socks. Socks need there own control, feet get colder than other extremities.
I bought the kinnamoto "Waterproof" gloves on your recomodetion last year. They kept mime and my girlfriend's gands dry about 15 min in a rainstorm this last july. I was dissopointed in them. I probably wont buy the sox. I do enjoy your channel though

Perfect for our Canadian winter riding. Thanks for sharing!
My 2018 GoldWing Tour does not block cold air from my feet so this product has my interest. Thanks Cruiseman.
Just what I’ve been looking for. Getting a pair shortly. Thank you for sharing.
Great Review And Thanks For Sharing!
Thanks for watching!
How does the plug that goes into the battery to heat the sock not get damaged when washing?
Good question. I guess the technique is to stuff the plug into the pocket, or, hand wash leaving the plug out of the pocket.
@@cruisemansgarage I guess hand washing would be the way to. I didn’t think of that. I can’t see putting it in a washing machine
Thanks Cruiseman

I should have mentioned this in the video. I wear a size 11 and the large are tight on me. I'm not sure they would be comfortable for you.

6 hours might be pushing it, unless you had them on low or med.
Allot of days start in the 27 to 34 degrees with a high of 45. So probably stay with 12v system. The socks look comfortable, I would have tried them.

Where are these made?
Where do you think? Where is everything made? I just assume China.
Thanks for there review, but I'll just stick with Walmart disposable Toe Warmers and Foot Warmers.
