I wish they would offer blacked out wheels and a blacked out roof for the limited trim.

Well ... I hVe the 2019 PREMIUM and happy with it... difference wider screen features and android capabilities..button instead dial change gear drive modes !...oh the speaker in the back and rear view/cams which is I would like! :)

Toyota got it right this time for a crossover. I'd rather say it will appeal to both gender .
i just bought a limited, but my back up camera doesnt show the trajectory lines. how can i enable it?
Turn the wheel all the way to left. Then all the way to right and u will see the lines turn on . Google it. That's how you enable the lines.

Why doesn't Toyota make brown/beige/red leather for interior ? Toyotas interior colors are such a drawback.
The RAV4 does come in a beige leather interior, the Camry has a red leather interior, and the Venza has a brown leather interior. You gotta do your research.
@@Lucky8s I bought a 2021 Rav 4 Limited , Blueprint in beige interior , thanks. But I was looking for White with dark brown interior or Black with red interior. Unfortunately Rav 4 dont come with that option so I went with blueprint with beige.

Have they resolved the transmission issues in the 2020 model?
wildoneback if not it’s covered in factory warranty
It’s been “resolved” with a software update on the 2019 models. Got mine done a while back and I’d say the transmission only ever shifts weird if I’m going at short low sleeps 1mph with my foot on the brake. I don’t ever feel the jerk when I roll stops anymore. I’d say 99.5% fixed
Is this for the 8 speed automatic? I heard about the complaints and was going to wait to see if it’s fixed.
kopper that’s the only transmission on the regular rav4. Yes it’s been fixed
My 2020 model has no transmission issues. It's very smooth.
Is Toyota serious... You pay extra for a limited trim but the passenger has to manually adjust their seats?? My 2015 Honda CRV touring has power passenger seats...

Nice review with all lights on, including turn signals. But shame on Toyota Canada, we don't get panoramic sunroof option in Canada, so I won't buy RAV4 until we get that option.

this is what’s frustrating about Toyota, they build the top trim 1st and then take away stuff as they go down to the base model, so even when you look at a mid-range trim it can be missing some key features. I think it was 2006 I bought my 2nd Sienna and they added controls to the steering wheel to increase safety (so you didn’t have to reach for the volume knob while driving). When I decided to trade it in 5 years later due to starting / fuel injection issues they removed that feature from the base model. Infact they had 8 trim levels and 2 of them didn’t have audio controls on the steering wheel. Really odd, they eliminated the CE as the base model and the LE (Limited Edition) didn’t have some basic stuff that the CE model had No big deal to reach for the audio controls on the entertainment unit but it just seemed really cheap to me.

In my opinion... yes and no...meaning she wont have hard time driving it normally however i dont think she may find it easy to utilize all the technological features the car comes with.

Hell yes, you would think for $40k they could put in power seats on both sides, and offer leather seats as an option.
To be fair it’s hard to come by ventilated and memory seats in the value brand. I’d rather have those two features then provide a power seat to the passenger. A Lexus is more likely to be in the $50,000 price point anyways so there is more budget for more goodies. A Lexus RC doesn’t have a rear wiper and I hate those touch pad/joy stick things that Lexus started using.

The Infotainment screen is a joke. There should be no knobs and buttons on the screen in 2020. I would replace it with something nice. An Alpine Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay head unit perhaps.
When you drive this car the inside is to loud it bothers your ears....a lot
