    Thanks!
    Question
    I have Microsoft Access 2016 (16.0.4639,1002 MSO(16.0.5151.1002)64-bit
and I have been seeing Out of Memory for a long time. Will this update fix my problem? (its Access2016-64-bit)
    TIA

No, unfortunately this update it's only for 32 bit MS Access Office.

As @xavierbatlle1828 stated, no, this will not help you as you are running a 64-bit installation and this most recent change only impacts/helps out 32-bit installations.
Also I only performed my test on Access MS365, so I'm not sure and actually doubt any other version will see this fix. Remember, perpetual versions do not get feature updates, only security updates. Since the Dev Team doesn't ever provide release notes we have no definitive source of information regarding this point!

There is plenty of information about this update both at the AccessForever blog site and on my Isladogs on Access site.
LAA was added to all C2R versions of 32-bit Access (2016/2019/2021/365) with version 2310. 64-bit versions of Access are already large address aware.

Thanks for sharing. That said, there is 0 official information and that is what most people want! People want Microsoft Release Notes, links to Microsoft support pages, ... The Dev Team is completely neglecting documentation. Beyond that they are missing the boat to promote their work.

Of course having official documentation would be better as you point out repeatedly. But where it doesn't exist, it doesn't take much effort to find out from other sources such as those listed.
Similarly for the video about the new SQL view feature added in v2311. There are in fact 3 methods of opening queries directly in SQL view

It occurs to me to wonder, which can have a larger negative impact on public perception of Microsoft in general and Access in particular.
Microsoft's not publicly announcing a new feature quickly enough for the critics, or loudly and repeatedly criticizing Microsoft in RUclips videos and blog posts?

Always nice to see you George. And You are fully entitled to your opinion and I can see your viewpoint, but I have always preferred to present information as it is. The good, the bad and the ugly. People listen and take away what they want from my videos. They can watch many other channel for all the glorious rosy news if that's what they want. I tell it as it is, or at least as I perceive things to be.
As I have stated, other applications have no issue publishing release notes. Months have gone by in some instances now, still no posts. You can blame the messenger all you want, but we all know I'm not the root cause of this issue!

@@DanielPineault That is not the point, Daniel.
The point is that you claim to be "helping" by complaining repeatedly about Access and Microsoft, and doing so very publicly. If that has any influence on the public at large, including the 240 plus people who viewed this video,--do you really think you've done anything positive for their opinion of Microsoft and Access?

And you're missing the point as well. I never set out to be Microsoft's cheerleader.
We're not going to agree on this point, so I'm stopping here as I don't want to start a flame war with you of all people.
      Take care George.
