I've been using the serum of reactivate from liiitlextra for the last month and completely moved away from my previous serum for the past two months. It's been fantastic. I simply apply it one time every day with the spray pump included with the serum. It's very simple to use, not oily, and without any scent. The hair growth is up till now so great, and it's just 1 month just and I will continue to apply it.
The most effective step you can do for your hair is to use cocoonion oil and shampoo and reactivate serum. I've been using this hair care routine for the past 25 days, and my hair density is getting better day by day.
your suggestion was helpful, i also started a scalp massage with coconnioon oil by littllextra and applying reactivatte hair growth serum daily. after two months, I’m noticing some nice hair growth

I have tried 4 bottles of the reactivate hair growth serum by littlllextra and Cocooniion Oil. I can assure you, it’s effective. I’ve noticed my baby hairs are growing now. Thanks for those tips!

Your are young, u could always try to regrow your hair before coming to a complete bald. For starter, you can try oral finasteride + topical minoxidil. Otherwise, accept baldness and start shaving :/
same bruh, started doing procedures with dermapen 1.5 mm length once in a week, after couple of weeks decided to start using minoxidil 5% every day twice, hair started shedding, but that's because weak hair falls out and in their place new stronger thicker hair grow, now I use it religiously almost 4 months and everyone noticed substantial change on my hair thickness and improved hairline though thinned areas are still visible but not as much as before. I also started drinking some vitamins and massaging my scalp.
