    The solution is simple, fight fire with fire so to speak. You just go down to the nearest health food store and get some hemp seeds, this will cost about 7 bucks a pound (about 40k seeds) and you plant them around the county. This is industrial hemp, and the male plants will pollinate put to 20 miles. This renders any flowers into seed infested ditch weed. I grew for 10 years and I'm amazed no one has figured this out

    • @PodcastOnTheSpectrum
      @PodcastOnTheSpectrum 18 дней назад +9

      Not 20 miles at all, all depends on wind/rain patterns. Can maybe go a mile or 2 in quantity tops, but you could have a field on the other side of a hill 300 yards away that somehow doesn't get polinated much if at all..

The security guard saw me throw a bass back in the water ( I catch n release ) and he spilt the beans on how much they were making a month 😂 and asked for the next fish I catch. I don't think these guys know what they are talking about. One thing that's weird is that they talk about Northern California as if it were one place. And they act like this is a new problem. In fact, there are 60 counties in California, and even adjacent counties can be really different--rich people in one, outlaws in the one next door. I worked with Indians on rural reservations all over California during the 1970s and 1980s and lived on the Yurok extension of the Hoopa Reservation in Humboldt County. Even when I lived there during the 1970s there were big marijuana farms guarded by security cameras and people with guns to protect them. The cabin I rented was empty because the previous renters got run out of town for detaining some local teenagers who were stealing pot. The parents came up there with guns and made them get in their trucks and drive away. In those days, everybody had guns. Some people used to shoot out the electrical power lines for fun, and sometimes they would even get stoned and shoot at planes. In the 1980s, the feds came up with helicopters and cleaned out the growers. By the 1990s, they were back, but by then it was mostly Mexicans rather than the biker-hippies who were the main growers before.

She was rightfully scared and didn’t stay up there much longer.

My friend has seen it first handed, they were behind an suv and it made a sudden stop and 2 asian guys jumped out the back seat with aks, they were shooting the balf eagles and taking the claws and whatever else they could get money for back down to halfmoon bay. But the same area the land is known to be controlled by the cartel with hidden grows in the forest. The terrain down there is pretty rough and has steep mountain inclines. Iv worked on a grow that wasnt with the cartel, it was on top of the mountain overlooking where the cartel had there area. One day a blacked out chopper came flying up out of the canyon right next and above us, i swore it was a raid but i didnt stick around to find out. But iv heard more about the asians than the cartel. The medicinal shops are renting houses, usually in nice neighborhoods within our city, and using them for medium-sized grow operations. The renter comes in for a few weeks, and then is only there once in a while. The rest of the time, different people come to maintain the plants. They are disrespectful to the neighborhood, parking in people's driveways, letting aggressive dogs run free, selling drugs at the curb. We contacted an owner who said they are working with rental agencies. The rental agency recommended them over 50 other applicants. Turns out, the applicant has moved every 6 months, lied about work information, and has a number of aliases. We heard later on that she was running a local pot collective.

    Well, this is all true… I know because I live in the area. It’s pretty funny to hear it from a different perspective though. Basically we just know not to go on a certain Properties because this shit is definitely going on weird his you just get use to certain things…
    It is interesting that they use so many chemicals to get different animals not to eat their weed, but up here there are a lot of hippies who push the whole “it’s totally natural“ mindset- either willfully or overly ignoring the fact that they basically have glyphosate being pumped in heavy doses into their “all natural“ ‘anxiety medicine’ or whatever they choose call it to justify using drugs

    Some of the NorCal Hmong family growers messed with the wrong hillbilly growers who'd been there for thirty years. Enough of the Hmong went missing that they got wise and moved a town over. Use your imagination where the dozen or so who went missing ended up...

    This doesnt make sense. I live in the middle of the pot growing mountains in Nor Cal and have been here for over 20 years. Ive seen the growth and decline of the illegal grow activities. Ive seen the mexican nationals doing their grow and the black helicopters looking for them. The helicopter activities a dozen years ago. Since the legalization of pot several years ago, the illegal pot industry has been decimated. You can find grow equipment for sale for pennies on the dollar because everyone has shut down their operation as there is no money to be made. At this time, I know of no illegal grow operations in the area, NONE! Illegal meth labs leave an environmental mess, but the illegal pot farms leave only PVC pipe, wooden frames and giant cloth grow bags. I have seen no signs of environmentally unfriendly chemicals used in the growth of pot plants. They used liquid fertilizers and really good soil. This video sensationalizes activities that no longer exist.

    I lived near the American River in CA and Back in about 2010 there was a bust down in the canyon, They took the weed out in a big bag on a helicopter. Landed in my cul de sac and transferred it onto trucks.
    Another time the neighbor kid and I were exploring down toward the river from our houses and we found what we think was a grow. Mexican dude came out of nowhere and said we shouldn’t be here and need to leave now
