Awesome tutorial dude! never thought about heat pressing on a hat, crazy! realest and honest vid. thanks boss.
I didn’t either!! One day I was like “wait! A hat is just a hardened cloth material it should work too LOL!”
My DTG printer broke after a power surge from a storm. Your videos just saved me. Thank you.
No problem glad I could help!!!
Your an awesome guy! Nice work and presentation. Thank you for your input.
Thank you for watching!!
I love your tutorial and I’m definitely going to try this
Awesome video! Thank you! Easy way to start a business.
Thank you for watching!!
Thanks for showing the Neenah 3G Jet Opaque. I have a hat press but you could use a towel inside the hat to save your hand from the heat and be able to add a little more pressure with the iron.
Great Tip! First time using an iron for a hat! But even with this amount of pressure it came out great. 😁
Great video i must say.
I need some answers im about to start my heat transfer business and would like to know
1.what type of heat transfer paper you use on caps ?
2.what type of heat transfer you use on mugs and plates
Thank you in advance for ure response.
This was very useful, thank you!
Thank you for watching!
Hi how are you? I just found you on here today and am excited to try stuff as I just got a cricut and in market to buy heat press ect. My question today is , is there a way to cut the ( your design) logo on the cricut? As I said I’m BRAND NEW at cricut
Yes there is! Just use the print and cut feature on your cricut! 😁
Great videos, thanks. Maybe if you made your top paper longer and taped around the hat it would be easier to keep your decal centered while you iron it?
Good tip! I kinda rushed this one. But I will definitely try that 😁
@@Lumedia I was thinking of an easy way to put stencils on a hat. I figured if i cut 6 or 8 inch diameter white plastic pipe about 5 inches long and wrapped it with a towel, you could roll your iron back and forth on it to transfer your stencil. What do you think?
Wow, i love this. I am definitely trying this. Thank you.
Thank you for watching!
I love this I am making hats for our team but the printing is just so expensive thanks for the tutorial
Awesome job, how much do you recommend to change a custom that wants a Logo printed on a hat?
Thank you for sharing this with us, it greatly appreciated. 👍
Do I have to use a computer or I can also use my phone for the prints
Hi thanks for the video. I use that heat transfer paper brand and for some reason it’s cracking any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong? Thanks!
Nice job thanks for posting. What do you use for making the logos to print program wise. Thanks again
I use photoshop and illustrator. To print I use acrobat reader!
Grate video man keep them coming !
Thank you!! Will definitely keep them coming!!
Can I have the link for how to print on the heat transfer paper? I want to print the same logo or different logos on one sheet of transfer paper so I can make many prints from one sheet of paper.
Thank you for the tips
thank you for watching!
will this work on ordinary heat transfer paper? nice work!
Would it be feasible to add the decal to the center of the hat? I appreciate your help with this video!
Like use HTV? You sure can!
Great video! nice explanation. Just one question - can I use the same dark paper (heat transfer paper for dark fabric) on caps as well?
Thanks.
You should be able too!
Thank you. , thank you ,,,,thank you I watch so many videos nothing I like so far as you , you need to grow more .
I’m trying to grow as fast as possible!! Thank you for watching. Please subscribe and share 😁
I may have missed it. What heat setting did you use on the iron?
163c and 8 seconds, make sure to use a silicone sheet too!
Keep on keeping on! 👍
Thank you!
Great video! Where do you purchase your silicone paper from?
I purchase it at a local shop here. But you can use parchment paper from any grocery chain!
great video man. thanks making it.
Will the same process and matls work on a trucker foam cap?
Times for presses???? Also cost of hat and rough estimate of profit margin???? Also thanks.
YOUR BACK!
Hey Frank!!! Sure am! Works been taking too much of my time.
I've followed your instructions and products but I keep getting the grain of the hat fabric bleeding through. Any suggestions?
You might be either pressing too hard or lower your temp a bit.
Will this method work on trucker hats with the puffy front?
I have not tried it but it should!
I can use sublimation ink for that paper
Thank you Sir!
Are those all vinyl rolls on your wall? Can you use that with Cricut? Where could I purchase? Thank you. New to Cricut.
Yep all rolls of vinyl! I have a large cutter so I buy the large rolls. Yes any vinyl is compatible with cricut. Just have to cut it down to size 😁 I purchase mine from amazon, fellers, or 619vinyl
Lumedia thank you!
keep doing these videos!
I’m trying man!!! New video coming soon!!!
How long does it last
Can I put something on top to protect it more? Like a coat of something
Use a pigment printer and it should last longer.
@@Lumedia thank you boss 🙏
Sir can I use canon printer with genuine ink?
As long as it’s a inkjet yes!!!!

Having a hard time creating the stroke around my text logo
Are you using photoshop?
Can you use printer paper?
No you cannot
If the design turns out crooked, is there a way to fix it without messing up the hat??
Yes! I have a liquid that removes the paper. I’ll see if I can find a link for you to buy it! And maybe do a video with it! 😁
