This is the first time i see this map and i am disappointed. no blending between ground an buildings. too clean textures overall. the last bit of work you put in a map is iften the most important for blending it all nice together. clearly this is lacking here. for this price? too much for me at least. il2 cod has a better map and is ages old.
Assets Pack could be seen as Combined Arms. So I understand why they're not giving it for free. I know it's a lot of money but still understandable. People just want things for free these days. I mean, they did pour some effort, time and work into that. So now they're not allowed to profit from their work? Come on, guys. Appreciate things rather than nag and complain.

Their NEVADA map i bought is a desaster and only a handful of gamers fly there Online......no wonder it sucks too It looks like the old map of "Cliffs of Dover"; but MUCH to small !!! Where is the whole westcoast with London ????In CoD you can choose always nice waypoints starting through westcoast, than turn into england and leave it on the eastcoast. This here is much to small !! also you have to pay the asset pack ; sucker.
While you are waiting for ED to fix the disaster that is 2.1 - if you like WWII combat you owe it to yourself to check out IL-2:Battle of Stalingrad. Incredible in VR too!! - il2sturmovik.com/
I have not been very active recently due to a lot of stuff going on with my private life. I would like to return soonish, however I am not sure if and when that will be possible at the moment.
sorry this map is a disappointment for me from downloading (over 5 hours) to constant crashes with rubbish lighting/textures and when I complained on forums I get a life time ban.

It's still a Wip map, I'm sure it'll be refined and tweaked in the not so far future. Give it a chance to grow up a bit mate.

Yes, the Assets Pack should be released together with Normandy on the 26th of May as far as I know.

Yeah, it is a pitty that the release version of the map is so broken. The Alpha I got for the preview video worked very well.

ICh bin mir nicht sicher ob PBR für 1.5.6 noch kommen wird. Denke der nächste große Schritt ist die Vereinigung aller 3 Karten in 2.x.
