Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe

- Hey guys!
In this video, I will show you how to do one of my favorite salad recipes.
Here are the ingredients:
1. Romaine Lettuce (handful)
2. Baby Spinach (handful)
3. Tomatoes (one Roma tomato)
4. Cucumbers (half of cucumber)
5. Green Onions (one)
6. Avocado (one avocado)
7. Olives (one spoon)
8. Croutons (one slice of wheat bread without the edges)
9. Mozzarella (one slice)
10. One can of Tuna (I used Bumble Bee - Albacore in water)
11. Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed from one lemon)
12. Salt and Pepper (after taste)
13. Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette (after taste)
This is a delicious salad that you can have for lunch or dinner. Feel free to change the protein if you want and experiment with chicken breast, salmon or tofu. Hope you enjoy it and BON APPETIT!
