Yeah mine for the generator is leaking been looking for the shut off so I don't get a diesel bath! Poor engineering use to quality filter but too much work for them to install a simple 1/4 turn valve!
@@davidsimpson3744 I do not think the engineers were thinking about maintaining these things 30 plus years into their life span. I disconnect the line and put a silicone plug in the line, no big issue, little bit of fuel drips out.

Hello, can a little advice, bolts on such things beam twist cross to cross, so that there are no distortions, for even sealing of rubber rings.
Did yours have a shut off some where before the filter?
This is for my generator, and no it did not have any sort of shut off valve.
