This is one of the many reasons I formed my organization. Enough is enough. Drivers need "Education," Training, not just how to handle dispatchers, but the ability to have a voice. This video is infuriating.
I must live in my own little world. My job is nothing like that. I can’t remember my load information ever being wrong. I can remember a couple of screw ups that cost me half a day for pretty much nothing. Second the abs warning light. I drive a freightliner so if there’s not at least one warning light on it means I probably forgot to turn the truck on. And then the turn signal. I’d probably be written up if I drove the truck across the street with a turn signal out😂
I've driven 60 miles with a flat trailer tire Just to get it to the truck stop to get fixed, The thing. Is these companies want you to do to save them?Honey is insane, There's a lot of other things These companies want you to do to save them a money, And they definitely ain't paying you for it
You absolutely can, and absolutely need to refuse defective equipment. Always remember, it’s YOUR licence on the line. There’s 1000 trucking jobs, but you only get one licence.
I always say:
"If you ever lose faith in yourself become a truck driver. There will always be a dispatcher who believes you can do the impossible."

infuriating and funny
I'm glad for the ocular stroke that I had in May of '21, I no longer have to deal with this $hit.
Such a classic episode😅
I would have gone to the TA and informed my dispatch after I got there.
😂😂😂now i know why a friend of mine , an O/O , he said stop to have drivers
This is very cleaned up and professional for Utube. Reality is much worse.
Meanwhile my dispatcher sends me 3 loads in a row with tight and close deadlines. With long loading/unloading times.
