It's amazing to me how many men i've seen react to this and it runs the gamut from "amazing vocals" to "hahaha (nervous) don't fuck with her and I like it hahahaha (nervous" The real message to me is being a survivor, to be a victor not a victim and the commonality of all of us living in fear that we shouldn't have to feel. There's a sense of comraderie in the female experience with this that is angry, sad, vengeful and hopeful at the same time.
She is *SO* good. All the vocal techniques at her disposal, but it's her *choices* that make the thing. She's a lovely, quiet, unassuming, girl in real life... but when she puts those nails on, I reckon she's channelling something decidedly formidable!! :)
