      Congratulations on the toddler, kids are so much fun I’d have loved a football team I’m getting that feeling again, not for a baby that’s not going to happen, we were blessed with one, but had many different loses at different stages but we got a macaw parrot, something we have always wanted, well we got him two years ago and I have that new mom feeling where I’m excited to show ppl… ..if anyone wants to see him fly free outside hit my profile there’s a few shorts on it

    I see people on RUclips doing cooking videos and they waste half a green pepper by cutting off the sides and throwing away the tops and bottoms. It drives me batty. That's a lot of waste of a perfectly good veggie that could be eaten by someone. Thank you for showing the world how to do it a better way.

    In my culture African American we cut their hair at a year old. My mom being old fashioned say it stunts their growth cutting it before then. An old wise tale. Im from a family of 13 with 7 boys and six girls. She said she never cut it before they were 1. He's a beautiful red head little boy. Try the man bun.

    A little tip, using foil atop a casserole that is topped with tomatoes will eat away the foil and leach into your food, simple fox 1 sheet of parchment paper then wrap as always will stop that problem, I found out the hard way. The parchment can even stay in place while cooking without problems. Love watching your videos, your a real mama and I love it. Hope this.helps you😊😊

      Great tip on the parchment paper tip! I was thinking the same thing ! But I’m sure she was like these will b eaten so soon ( fast and in a hurry , all ready gone !😂) that it won’t hurt anything! 😛😋 I’m just happy Jamerrill makes low carb freezer meals as I plan on going on the THM way of eating ! I’m not going to use that dirty word “ Diet!”!🤣 Wish me luck as I’m insulin resistant, so it makes it very hard to loose weight .. sigh but I’m going to try real hard and these recipes will help .. I do wish I knew how many carbs would be in a serving of these meals though ..that would help a lot as I will need to be more strict on my carb intake..Blessings!💕

UGH

    Yes, I understand that each of these recipes are low carb and I understand that these are probably a god-send to people’s health but . . . As I watched every recipe I thought about how good they each looked but wouldn’t they be fantastic if they had a bit of pasta, potatoes or tortillas in them? I couldn’t help myself, lol!

    I thought I was the only one who doesn't like using their food processor... I love chopping by hand, even when I was in a cast... I figured it out. The only time I use my chopper is for my mom's recipe for sloppy joes. She made it for kids in preschool (she was the cook) and using it to blend the celery, peppers and onions, the way she did, mixed it with the bbq, mustard, ketsup to make the best sauce.

    Love watching you prep meals , it gets me inspired to do the same …..I’ve started printing out a slip with the name of dish and heating instructions because my carpel tunnel is terrible trying to write ..I just pop it in under the cling wrap before I add the last layer on , I place it at the end of the pan so I can tell what meal it is without moving anything in the freezer ..it’s also printed out with a fairly large font to save me having to change to my reading glasses to read it …thanks for sharing your life , skills and happy nature with us , especially nice during these stressful covid19 days ..
    p.s. my little grandson has the exact same little curly mohawk as Tobins hair except it’s dark brown , it’s so darn gorgeous and everywhere we go we get comments on how cute it is .

    I always love when you cook. What's the difference in spaghetti sauce and marinara sauce and can they be interchangeable in meals? Can't wait for you to get your kitchen done and have so much space to work in. Take care.❤️

    • @ceciliacalvin207
      @ceciliacalvin207 2 года назад +5

      Sometimes spaghetti sauce has some kind of meat in it like meatballs. Marinara sauce has no meat in it.

    • @DragonflyArtz1
      @DragonflyArtz1 2 года назад +26

      Marinara is a "fresh sauce" it has not been slow cooked for any length of time. It offers a more tangy tomato flavour and is usually only lightly seasoned. A "spaghetti" sauce is usually a slow simmered sauce. It offers a sweeter, richer, thicker flavour and can be found with almost any seasoning you can think of. And yes you can turn Marinara into spaghetti sauce, but you can't un-cook a slow cooked sauce. Interchangeable? Yes. It's only a matter of preference. You can even mix the two and/or even add a can of diced (really any) tomatoes to them. Hope this helps. Saving Jamerrill a little time.

    • @Hope8x28
      @Hope8x28 2 года назад +4

      Marinara is basically a tomato sauce. Spaghetti sauce is a little thicker and generally had extra ingredients. I have interchanged them at various times but I add things to the marinara.

    • @stephaniethomasson8812
      @stephaniethomasson8812 2 года назад +5

      Marinara is usually thicker, used for dipping things like breadsticks. But you can definitely interchange spaghetti sauce and marinara in almost any recipe

    • @Hope8x28

      @@stephaniethomasson8812 In my experience marinara is thinner.

      Congratulations on having twins! My Dad was a twin and I was hoping I would have twins as they say it skips a generation but I only had two single births which I’m so grateful and thankful for ,a girl and a boy ,but I had wanted 2 of each was my desire and wish but still happy to have been blessed with two kids ! I now have two Grandchildren and they have lived about 10 minutes drive away from us all of their lives so we get to see them almost daily cause I babysit them when their Mom works! 😄Blessings!💕

      My third pregnancy was twins. They turn 8 this year. The first two years are the hardest but very rewarding. Prayers for healthy delivery🙏

    I don't blame you Jamerrill for hand chopping veggies. Not only does the food processor over process them easily, there is something therapeutic about chopping vegetables by hand 🙂

    I always do an extra pack of sausage to count for the ones the kids and eat during the cutting, cooking, and planning process.😂😂

    What a blessing that you don't have any food allergies to worry about. That makes this so much more possible.

    One day I am going to be at your large family table! I was just looking for recipe ideas. And I was wondering if you had a new freezer video. I can’t believe you are working through a renovation! We are buying a house, this year. I’m praying for our homes that the Lord has blessed us with.

    I have to laugh at the comments sometimes… do you guess ahead how many
    Why don’t you use a food processor
    Why don’t your kids help
    Why would you always want frozen food
    Any other frequent Why why why’s you will get 😂
    I know many are trying to be helpful, and some are new and don’t know…but it cracks me up sometimes

    You really should investigate getting a home warranty. Ours has paid for itself every year we've had it since we moved into our house. When the dishwasher goes out you just call the warranty people (and pay the "co-pay") and they send someone out. If it really dies they do a buyout. We've used it multiple times on plumbing, as well. It's worth it for financial reasons, but also for aggravation!

    I hate electric stoves, when I was a kid, lightening came through the window and blew up the stove.Then I was grown with 6 kids, making dinner.I reached over to lift the pot to put in more water,just as I was going to pick it up the hair stood up on my body.I stepped back and that stove shorted out and blew a huge hole in the top of the stove.That does it you want to eat , I'll cook if its gas.Want no part of electric.

    A tip from another channel used a lid from a canning jar to scrape out the squash because it has a sharp edge.
    May the blessings of our Lord continue in your life. 🙂
