She is a very special athlete indeed, she has to work on that start, can’t be giving away so much at the start of the race. Terrelonge is a much better starter.

Attitude determines latitude. This young lady is super impressive. 22.59 is no joke. The professionals have a hard time running sub 23...and she is only in class 2. The 400m at 52tt. Anyone who is not impressed, doesn't know the sports of track and field.

A good track coach observe and help her with the start - coming out with the pack at least; Work on start the other things will be sorted - to end speed is there and 400M flat with hurdles will do the work in the joints while 800M may drive endurance over longer time - going at maximum through the line. Natural castor oil - no salt is good for skin flex! She will better than Shelly-Ann Frazer-Pryce and bound for Olympic 2028 - Los Angeles game. Will she be the one the take FGJ world RECORDS?
Yes - obey her parents and those set as watch for her development with proper nutrition which include lots of fruits - vitamins; eat the ALL wile the season in; nuts, peas and beans too - honey for the herbs teas - 1/2 teaspoon to enhance the brain for excellent academic - balance the things.

btw ---- I think the word "special" should be reserved for talents like a 15yo Bolt or a young MJ/Kobe/KG etc. Douglas is a talent no doubt but lets ease up on the "special" until she does something crazy on the international stage.
