Some medical conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Benign Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (BJHS) are linked to hyperflexibility, presenting both unique abilities and challenges, such as an increased risk of joint injuries and chronic pain. While their extraordinary range of motion enables them to excel in various physical activities, they must carefully manage their condition to prevent injuries and maintain their overall well-being.
