Hey you A7 owners... take note... Sako says these have a fully free floated barrel... but its not true. This stock has wee nubs that bear on the barrel near the middle of the fore end. These nubs will rub shiny spots on the barrel where there is contact. Take a dremel and grind off these nubs and increase clearance between barrel and stock and you will find a substantial improvement in accuracy and consistency. EZ PZ fix.
@@theruralrenegade8911 Youbetcha!... My 300WSM A7 went from 1.5moa group size to 0.7moa after I did this and also optimized bullet seat depth... Now it is running consistently sub-moa. 😊👍🏼
Mentally Challenged Viking when loading the magazine, can it be done simply pushing the cartridges in from the top or do you have to remove the magazine and toe in the cartridges from an angle?
THE RURAL RENEGADE it’s my understanding that this is a single stack mag and thus can’t be loaded while seated in the rifle. Certainly not easily. You can chamber a round one at a time though. Now the sako 85 can have it’s mag loaded through the chamber as it’s a double stack. I’d certainly would welcome a video on this specific topic. Thankx for the video.

Top rifle and caliber I use berger vld 140g loaded with 42.7g of ar2208 at cartridge length for unbelievable accuracy
Did you get the "sticky stock" like the finnlights did?
Yes, it has a grippy rubberized coating on the stock, I am not 100 percent sure if it is the same one as the Finnlight has but I think it is.

You can do both but it is easier to angle them in. Most because the magazine is brand new

It is a double stack But the mag lips are so rigid you cannot load from the top and thus can't load it while it's in the rifle.
Thanks for the video suggestion I'll try to do that
