The gray seer's will of the great horned rat adds the roll to the unit's control score on a 3+, so it is 3 to 6 control score not just +1.
Vigilant SCEs have not enough models. 10 models total is too low vs a horde. Should have aaccess to the other 5 Liberators from the box or 3 Reclusians
5 more libs would destroy the gnaw pack but maybe another hero or making the lord vigilante a tad bit tankier would help
