Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Spinach 150gr.
You don't have to pick spinach.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper
1 carrot.
Canned corn 200 gr.
1 cucumber.
Now let's make the avocado dressing.
1/2 avocado
Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Olive oil 3 tablespoons.
Soak 3 tablespoons.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
1/2 lemon juice.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Stir with a blender.
Mix.
Now let's make an avocado spread.
1/2 avocado
Chives.
Some lemon juice.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Baguette.
Fry on both sides.
Feta.
Pine nuts.

@@helenahayes6150 Good morning, I find cashew yogurt works fine as my substitute option. I use it alone as a dressing even. I use it on baked potatoes, dip vegetables in it. There are other options you could use. There are two online companies which ship. The first is PlantX, the second is Fakemeats. Both sell many different plant based options. As does, Vons supermarket also Trader Joe's. You just need to try a few to see what you like. Have a pleasant day 😊.
