hi i did recieve the email from roblox support ticket but for some reason i cant log in to my roblox accout it just keeps making me verify over and over, i dont know what does it means, i have my email and my phone number verified, do u have any solutions please ? basically i enter my username and password but it didn't let me in, maybe because they are working on the reset pin, i recieved a second e-mail it says " Before we can assist with or provide information about any Roblox account, we need to verify account ownership first to ensure we’re speaking with the correct owner. well i wanna say the reason why i was banned, its because i was being "racist" when i only asked him if he speaks english, then, when i said he speaks chinese he got mad at me because he's actually chinese and called me racist and then reported me then i got banned and i see is "offensive item: he speaks chinese."

In my opinion, you don't have to wait for 1-4 days once you've got a support ticket. But keep in mind, Roblox customer support is really slow to respond.
