Rebuilding a Stihl Chainsaw that Runs Rough

MS 290 Stihl Chainsaw was bogging down and stalling out. Also applies to MS 310, MS 390 or simply the 029, 031, and 039 models which are all the same saws without the "MS" in front of it.
Here I do a detailed tear down, rebuild the carburetor, and give the saw a good refurbish.
