the way they treat her is amazing as she is so young it's sometimes easy to treat younger actors as children but she's so mature and well spoken for her age it probably comes naturally to the interviewers to treat her like an adult (as they should with any professional actor, young or old) i've noticed this with the cast of stranger things that many interviewers treat them as their age, which is totally unfair as they're working professionals, so props to this group of interviewers for treating Sophia so well!

Love her too much honesty. I love sophias style so much, you can tell she really likes fashion. Its so... weird.. and awesome. One day she will wear a cute pink sweater and a skirt, and the next be wearing a leather looking shirt and black overalls with awesome makeup and huge soled shoes. I love it. She can go from cute bean to badass effortlessly. So punk and awesome, i wish i had her confidence honestly, i would wear so much more stuff i had an ounce of confidence.

@M Lala When she auditioned for the role of Lydia Deetz for Beetlejuice the musical the directors and casting members chose a song about a magic 8 ball for Sophia anne Caruso to sing so that the directors and casting members could see her talent and hear her voice. The audition process is a process that shows skill and capabillities so they hadn't fully written every song and dead mom was still in progress for writing so they gave her a version of the song in which was about a magic 8 ball instead of her dead mother. The song about the magic 8 ball is not released to the public so in which I commented "I need to hear Dead Mom about a magic 8 ball" because I find that it would be hilarious to hear the work in progress for the song Dead Mom.
Saw her years ago in Lazarus and her voice was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Sadly, she is using a different technique nowadays and her voice sounds forced and strained. It’s a shame really as her voice is utterly spellbinding!
Hugs not Drugs That’s what I’m hoping. Another thing I saw was that apparently she smokes which I hope isn’t true as that’ll really screw her voice up over the next few years but I’m not judging her.
B C S her voice isn't super strainy. It's unusual, but it's a lot of different stylistic choices that make it stand out so much. She's still placing her voice in good healthy places, but she's using different places and switching between them constantly while messing vowels and different kinds of vibrato. She's probably staying really healthy, and I'm sure she'll be singing normally and more traditionally once she's done with beetlejuice :D
