Heck yes!! Pics would be great. Especially pics of the spacer you fabbed. I figured there had to be a universal kit that worked well on this bike and you found it. Thanks GLM!!

I did have to get a jet kit. I installed it and have a new video where I start it and rev it some. It's running very smooth. Couldn't be happier.

I measured the exhaust port on the back of the carbs and it was 54mm so those are the pods I went with. They fit pretty good. You have to make sure you have at least 2.5" of space behind the carbs to accommodate the filters. I bought them off eBay. Just search for 54mm(assuming that is your measurement as well) pod filters.

I definitely plan on going with forward controls but I haven't found any yet that are bolt on for this bike. I will probably end up having to fab them. In the mean time I think I'll just put on some highway pegs to help with the longer rides.

Emilio, the pod filters are 54mm. They fit pretty good on the intakes of the carbs. As far as the bars go, you can use any bars you want as long as you have the clearance. If you use higher bars than stock you may have to get longer clutch and brake cables as well as extend the wiring. When you say stabilizers I'm assuming your talking about the stainless steel struts. They are 11'' long. It lowered the rear end about 4". I just drew up a schematic of what I wanted and had them cut.

Thanks mynusss! People say I talk too much but sometimes you have to to get your point across.

Actually, im working on mine right now, same bike. Got the TCBros universal kit, fabbed up some spacers with following dimensions 5" L, 1 1/16th" OD, 1/2" ID. Use the half inch stud that comes with package, pull out the bottom right/left motor mount, put these right in place, will act as both motor mount and forward contols. Will work perfect with minimal work, Im 6'4" and the position is just right... let me know if you want pics, ill PM them to you...

I still want to do forward controls but not sure how to fabricate it yet. I'm still looking around at other examples of what works and what doesn't.

All you have to do to fix your air problem is just locate the blocked port where your air fule mixture screw is and knock out the plug and replace your screw.dont put the suplied plug from the new kit on so you can adjust it to where you want it.my kawasaki en450 bobber runs great now.its really easy

Hi there! Thanks for the video. Do you happen to know what the part might be called to connect the stock air filter to the 4 carbs? Can't seem to find it in a search. Thanks!

Also, what did you do with your crankcase breather box under the stock battery box and attached to the stock air box? I'm planing on a Pod Filter setup, but don't know what to do with all the shit that was on the stock air box.
    Thanks

What size are the front forks? I was told 32mm and 41mm, im not sure which is accurate. Thanks
P.S. Gorgeous bike. Have this same model as my first bike, doing a complete cafe conversion, only problems are the seat and the gauges. Thinking of these ebay. com/itm/1970s-Ducati-NOS-150MPH-Veglia-speedometer-1610-revs-1-mile-with-4-lights-/360460373052?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53ed1ccc3c&vxp=mtr, but i'm slightly afraid of the wiring.
