ನಾನು ಕಳೆದ 5 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ menstrual cup ಬಳಸ್ತಾ ಇದೀನಿ. ತುಂಬಾ ಅನುಕೂಲ, ಭಾರಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಖರ್ಚು. ಒಂದು cup ಗೆ 300 ಅಷ್ಟೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು. ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಆಗಕ್ಕೆ 3-4 ತಿಂಗಳು ಬೇಕಾಗತ್ತೆ. ನಾನು cup sanitize ಮಾಡಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು separate ಪಾತ್ರೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದೀನಿ. ತುಂಬಾ ತಿಂಗಳು ಸಣ್ಣ cotton washable pad ಕೂಡ ಹಾಕೋತಿದ್ದೆ. Leak ಆದರೆ ಅನ್ನೋ ಭಯಕ್ಕೆ. But leak ಆಗಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು western toilet seat ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತೆ cup ಹಾಕೋತೀನಿ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ bloat ಆದ feeling ಇರತ್ತೆ ಮೊದಲ ಕೆಲವು ತಿಂಗಳು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಸರಿ ಆಗತ್ತೆ. Cup ತೊಳೆಯಲು ಯಾವುದೇ chemicals (soap, shampoo etc etc)ಬಳಸಬಾರದು.

This is really useful, I was thinking to switch to menstrual cup ,didn't do it because of fear but this is high time I guess.
But one doubt is what if we couldn't sterilize cup sometimes we will be outside or we willl not in reach of hot water
