First heat the oil properly ,then turn the flame off. Put the garlic in oil after it cools a bit and roast it for a minute or two.......................don't turn the flame on while roasting the garlic... This will help you for sure.....Thank you for watching....

Haan, aap ye kar sakte ho......teeno ingredients ko baareek kaatkar( taaki baad mein add kiya gaya achar jaldi prepare ho jaaye) tel mein halka fry karke achar mein add kar dijiye

Agar aapko meetha achar pasand h to daal sakte ho.....gud daalna h to achar mein sabhi masalo ke sath gud daalkar 2-3 minute low flame par cook kar lijiye aur usme vinegar ya nimbu ka ras thoda extra daal dijiye taaki meetha balance ho jaaye

Vinegar me citric acid nahi acetic acid hota hai. Lime me citric hota hai.
