I wonder if they thought that I would be buying the item? The quality is junk, print quality is junk, why would they event think this is ok? Is this worth paying for it?

昔DVDで前の建物の時のヤシオファクトリーで谷口さん出てるときから知ってる身からすると苦節20年は言ってるのはすごくわかる。
ちなみに自分も25年位前13シルビアwaveはねのコピー品購入して付けていました。何でも正規品買うべきですね。

As I understand it, the Shibata thing allows them to reproduce the Infiniti marker and related devices for signage and decals. The Infiniti logo is called “the Infiniti Marker”... but I mean, I don’t know the detail exactly...

Finally a Yashio factory online store international that one can easily order from overseas. Always needed third parties like Otaku(Sam) or Nengun (if they have in stock) to order your merch and pay there extra commission plus high shipping overseas..
Also a unnecessary obstacle if to even think of buying a gulf bodykit or suspensions..
So no wonder that others go the easier cheaper way with red bubble..

That’s company just prints. Other people uploaded your designs. You can report it but it will likely just be posted again.
Okachan that is copyrighted to your company, so please make them stop, as you rightly stated you print on the back and have your Japan 🇯🇵 flag too 👍
They won’t likely pull it down. That site is just a third party. If it does someone will upload it again. It’s likely on other sites too.
Its redbubble, they're trash and always have been. Good luck ever getting them to remove anything. My Yashio stuff comes from otaku garage.

Just on the flipside, Silvia and Nismo are both registered trademarks and while I don’t see a problem personally with Yashio including them in their merchandise that can on occasion attract negative attention. I feel like if it was an unreputable application of the devices then it would probably be more of a problem but again from my personal perspective I don’t see an immediate problem. The obvious thing to ensure is that any registration markings such as R or TM in the original source are included in the print. I mean, I don’t know if you noticed this past February, Shibata were recognised by Infiniti as “an Infiniti Partner” so, it’s touch and go as to etiquette regarding what is the done thing. Worst case scenario, maybe a cease and desist...

Red bubble was founded in Australia
A lot of the places where you can buy this merchandise are sold out, and Yashio does not ship to the USA is seems because their auto fill only selects prefectures in Japan and places like Okinawa. So for a lot of people, what choice do they have this way? You need to get someone to reprint the shirts in the US under authorization, and collect a royalty for each shirt.
I think for people that want hoodies, 9 out of 10 are going to want a zip up hoodie fyi.
