I completely agree with you on the nazar and Allah’s tests and tribulations. Not everything is nazar. Maybe it was a way for you to give more and more charity, your jaan ka sadka, maybe a bahana for you to take care of your health and make it a priority! Bohat kuch hosakta hai. Your optimism is your firm faith on Allah and I believe when Allah loves you, he tests you with your health, children, money pr whatever.
To everyone, I think you all forget that life was made to be a test and Allah promised us this in the Qur'an, so difficulties are not nazar. Yes they cpuld be nazar if you are not of those who pray, do their morning and evening adhkar, follow Allah's laws well, etc., but you mustn’t think this way because Allah is how you perceive Him.
