- Happy Halloween everyone! This is a song I did in celebration of the internet's favorite spooky holiday, as well as one of my favorite indie horror titles. It's a song from the perspective of Nightmare in the fourth game, coming to take the player character and trap him in a mechanical suit forever... In spirit of the holiday, I'm also giving it away for free! Head on over to Bandcamp for a free download.

I feel that way about most fan songs ngl. A personal favourite is masterpiece (batim fan song) because it dances around the actual subject and focuses on joey's obsession with his "masterpiece" and his "crooked empire"

looking back at this song, i like how its different from other fnaf 4 songs
like, in this one, the singer (one of the nightmares) feels remorseful but they knows that it's what they're there to do, and sympathizes with the crying child even though they are aware that his father is William ("I can see him in your face"), while many expect like 'grr bloodthirsty monsters that just wanna kill', ya know? ahaha don't mind me reading to much into this 5 years after its release-

I have the feeling Nightmare isn't a bad guy. He is just like the kid's interpretation of Death, and is doing his job. Coming back to the song whilst more mature makes the song slap so much harder, my god.

I'm glad I can say I grew up with these games, these creators, and all the theories that surrounded it all! This community was always one of the better ones, and I don't see that having changed... Even though the fire has dwindled we can all now look back to these songs, videos, and games as our childhood and as our joy!

This is iconic, a part of my childhood...
I first heard this song about a Month ago (I'm new to FNAF), and have probably listened to it, along with your other FNAF songs, a good 200 times. It's become not only one of my favorite songs of all time, it brings me a strange sense of peace when I listen to it. I didn't even realize until I saw an animation as well as coming to this video here that it was from the Nightmare's Perspective and then it all made sense and I felt kinda dumb for not seeing that!
I just gotta say Thank you for this song and the others. Every one of them has brought me a great deal of joy and I've added all of your music to my Amazon list.

Well, I don't need to go too far back. While I love most of his songs I usually stay away from those with too many electro elements as well as the remixes of songs he put on the same album
