  • In this video, I am explaining the Superventilation method that will help your regenerative and restorative processes.
    Breathing exercises should not be performed in a swimming pool, underwater, under a shower, or while operating any vehicle. It is always a good idea to practice lying down or sitting in a safe environment. You should increase these practices gradually, not forcefully!!
    In this exercise, We will go through a small flow of super ventilation. This is a great way to let go of something you have been holding onto too long. Basically, it's just a full-body turn-off that resets the autonomic nervous system.
    At the end of this exercise, You will find that the most natural way to breathe is when there is no need to breathe at all, and you do nothing for a few moments.

    By God after this Christmas period I needed that & really felt the effects! Sometimes neglecting a regular practise is the thing that shows you how worthwhile it is when you get around to it again! Thanks Jo! JJ
