Damn that music fits so well with the darker urban scenes. Born early eighties, and this whole revival and comeback of that music style of the songs u are using really is the cherry on top. 10/10 Can't wait for the final documentary, hope it gets you the recognition you deserve.
I never would have guessed you have only been flying for a couple years to be honest man! I started back in March 2023 myself, flown nearly every day it was nice out 3 to 8 packs a day, sometimes twice a day for months in 2023. Absolutely loved it. 2024, I had lost my mother in May, and everything has been kayotic for most of the summer of 2024, so FPV, rc's, 3d printing all too a back seat unfortunately. Plus ive been super busy getting my late moms truck back on the road again after setting for nearly 40 years. Once the weather breaks and I get the truck going, I'll be definitely back in the air again.
Nice flying man, I just finished one year and planning to go hard for year 2! Some of those spots your hitting look so fun I need to find more places like this.
I feel you bro I started the same time as you. Watching old footage is hilarious You see how terrible you were lol But it's awesome seeing how much you progress each video/Flight and how much you have improved. I think it's hilarious when I watch my old footage I laugh my ass off at how terrible the flights are lol. Great video brother.
You have to push yourself to get better....flying with other pilots and having a session is where I really started to progress...and then trying to one up eachother and call out lines to try to see who can get it first
I'm the same way about flying above your skill level. I honestly believe baptism by fire produces the best results time after time. "It will always take 2 wipes to know you'll need 3 Just as it will always take 3 wipes to know you only needed 2"
Yeah, you do get better with practice. I notice that even spending hours and hours of practice on the sims do help. But actually flying off I try to be in a relaxed and confident state of being my flying improves. It’s also getting use to the drones flight characteristics so you’re not crashing into stuff which gets expensive.
I look at my old footage now and then, just to remind myself how bad I used to be, now that I can recognize it. Im sure Ill look back in 4 years at what I am doing today to find I still suck.
I Miss Being new into the hobby anyone new should thank god their new, every spot was amazing no matter what even the shit spots that u go back too and wonder wtf u were thinking when u flew it back then, i miss friendships b4 sponsorship and drama, i miss the excitement of what was considered new, im trying too chase that feeling again, and always good seeing Ohio through a lens lol born in springfield but refuse too go back lol but hell yeah grim!!! ~Matty Gang~ KrispyFPV
The feeling of every spot being awesome is something i miss so much. I judge everywhere so much now. When i used to go somewhere to just do a single powerloop and it was such an amazing time. This comment is truth
100%!!! I’m about 1 1/2 years in and can relate with basically every single thing you said. I easily spent the first couple months flying in open fields because I wasn’t comfortable/confident enough to feel in control. Now that I do though open fields are boring af! 😂 It is cool being able to look back even a couple months and being able to see my huge improvements over time.

When is the podcast Deadcell coming back? You need to get Bot out of the crawler basement for a show?
I loved deadcell. Miss it. Wish they had stuck that out. Could listen to those two ramble all day

I know I'm watching a Grim Ripper video when I hear that 80s synth wave. Good stooof!
We started at the exact same time. It's nice to see someone's progress who went through a similar time ;)

Have a good time of that day my friends. Yo that stalled Matty flip on the 2024 footage was trippy

Teaches you reaction time and throttle control and how to fly with shit video feed😂😂😂and spacial awareness and drone characteristics
That's when I started flying decent. When I started to whoop race.

New Year, fresh budget. 0 x 0 still 0 but I’ll slap a 1 in there for that lead-in list.
👀
Funny, not that long ago you took a pretty serious break from what I remember
@3:20 real pain from understanding

It is a very popular topic.. 2 years of FPV. I mean.. every 2 years.. 😂😂😂
@@xORLOCKx yeah I was just joking
@LoganimFPV i was trying to add to the joke and failed miserably
