What about TSH 10 but normal t3, t4. Type 2 diabetic ,hypertensive mild NASH . When put on 25mcg thyroxine TSH TSH became very low.

Sir I am lab technician from New Delhi. I was worried about my thyroid and hormonal reports . On 17th Feb I will do my thyroid test and hormonal test in morning after having some meal .My reports was not good . Then I visited gynaecologist as well as medicine they told I had hypothyroidism soo you should continue one month medcine of thyroid then we will follow up . But tht day I aslo do TFT test but in fasting condition there is a huge difference between both reports. One report is Free thyroid and another is total T 3 and T4 .
I will do free Thyroid test having some light meal but total TFT test done in fasting condition
