오늘은 초코시트와 초코크림, 그리고 초코칩으로 초코초코하게 딸기케이크를 만들어보았어요.
투썸플레이스의 스초생 스타일로 만들어보았는데요, 케이크 샌드는 크림에 집중해 초코 생크림을 듬뿍 넣고 윗면에 딸기를 빼곡히 올려 완성해 간단하면서도 비주얼도 놓치지 않는 케이크랍니다~
투썸플레이스의 원조 스초생은 옆면을 케이크 시트로 길게 둘러주는데요, 이번에는 정말정말 간단하게 케이크 띠와 리본으로 마무리해주었어요.
