Thx you Dr. I feel very sorry that I did receive this info years ago. I am 74 yrs, I'm a retired midwife. I deliver babies in the Caribbean at home and in the hospital. All of us as midwives were interested in the well-being of both mothers and babies. The Spiritual aspect, nothing whatsoever. Nevertheless, Almighty God forgive my insensibility, and blessed all my children richly. Thanks you God. I will search for you.

Thank you for this one I didn't know it. Usually around my birthday I feel really nostalgic melancholic and depressed even to the point where I don't even want to be around anybody or I don't even want to receive calls of people saying happy Birthday to me. I do not have any idea why this is so but it is just the way it has been for the last 7 to 8 years

The reason for those feelings ...is first normal!!! And birthdays are meant for us to be spend it in a deeply spiritual way-being alone in prayer n fasting. Not everyone calling to wish you a happy birthday means it, often it is dreaded-obligatory actions. So I say, embrace that wanting to alone feeling n do just that. Turn off your phone on that day!! Be with just that one or two Special people in your life, a child or parent or mate...
