Thank you , thank you, thank you for this video!!! My daughter's TWIN baby shower is on 3/20/22 and this is perfect for the centerpieces. It keeps us from spending alot of money and giving her something she can use. She and her husband are going to need it with a toddler and twins!!
That sounds amazing, we love unicorns! We have a couple unicorn DIYs as well - ruclips.net/video/RHJ4pB0KKUc/видео.html Please tag us when you're done, we'd love to see your decorations!
Yey! We're so glad to hear it! We have a playlist with other baby shower DIYs for more ideas. Congratulations to your sister! So sweet of you to make this for her!
Great question Maria! We attached the balloons to the little gold crown that you see on the finished centerpiece. You can add a little spot of glue to the inside of the crown, towards the bottom and stick the string right on to that. We also recommend possibly adding a little dot of glue to the original cardboard tube that is at the center of the centerpiece itself. You can add a little glue and stick them right on the inside of that tube and then place the flowers and the crown on top, to hide the strings. We hope this helps! Happy crafting!
Thank you for your interest! We do not have all of the supplies, but you can see what's available here: balsacircle.com/search?q=baby+shower&options%5Bprefix%5D=last Additionally, Michaels or Joanne's stores could have additional supplies. Happy Decorating! 💞
Not silly at all! You can tie them to a balloon weight (like this one bit.ly/3uOngp3 ) and put it inside the diaper cake. You can also add a little glue dot or tape to the balloon strings and stick them right on the inside of that cardboard tube and then place the flowers and the crown on top, to hide the strings. Hope this helps!
We got them at our local craft store but it was a little while ago so the designs may have changed. You can find similar crafty bits in the scrapbooking aisle as well. Hope this helps!
Thank you so much Jordan! We got them at our local craft store (like Michael's, Hobby Lobby type of store) but you can even use just paper cut outs attached with glue-dots to the ribbon. If you're running low on time, feel free to leave those off and just tie a ribbon bow instead. Hope this helps!
Unfortunately we do not have these items in our shop but we do have some baby shower accessories - balsacircle.com/search?q=baby+shower Sorry about that! If you cannot locate these items, you can always use cutouts or puffy stickers, we've seen some done by Cricut or available at a craft store like Michael's.
Unfortunately, it's been a while since we carried those items but we do have these available right now - balsacircle.com/collections/baby-shower-accessories
Thank you! We didn't use any specific brand so any will work. We did use newborn diapers for this DIY. We hope it works for you too, the second diaper cake we made went a lot faster that's for sure, good luck! 💕
Great Center table, I planning my sister in law baby shower next month. Definitely doing it. Where did you order your open rose flowers. I ordered but came small
Thank you so much! We used our artificial open roses which open up to about 3 inches - balsacircle.com/products/light-blue-84-silk-open-roses Try steaming the silk flowers which you have and they may open up a little bit more, it's definitely the way to go to get that natural rose look. You can use a fabric steamer, we have a video about this as well: ruclips.net/video/CV_Wc4p8qx4/видео.html Hope this helps!
We used our 90" x 132" Serenity Blue Sequin Rectangular Tablecloth as a backdrop but unfortunately it is sold out right now for 3-8 weeks. You can see what the color looks like here: bit.ly/2ThZC0j
We got them at our local craft store but either Michael's or Hobby Lobby should have similar designs either in the scrapbooking aisle or the sticker aisle.
Sure! Any cylindrical shape will work, and you can tie balloons to it if you're using balloons and just fill it with water so it's heavy. Try to make one before the party so there's time to work out any issues but you can absolutely use a baby bottle. Happy crafting!
Happy to help! Good luck decorating, the longest part of this DIY is rolling the diapers but after you make one, it gets easier! 💕 Feel free to tag us once you make them!
We used new born diapers (not sure the brand tho!) but it would still work with other sizes. You can always do three layers instead of 2 if that looks better. 😊
We used newborn size, 18 diapers total for one centerpiece. If you use a size up ( 1 or 2) then you may use less diapers per centerpiece since they will be slightly more bulky. Hope this helps!
Hi Cindy! The middle has space since the diapers are just placed around a roll so you can either secure the balloon ribbon through the roll or place a weighted item inside the roll and tie the balloon ribbons to it. Hope this helps!
Hi Chris! We just put the crown atop the diaper cake in the middle, and then the balloon ribbons go thru the crow middle and are tied to a weight in the middle of the cake so they don't float away. So the ribbons are holding the crown in place but it's not attached to anything, it's just sitting in the middle and it's fairly light since it's just paper. Hope this helps!
Thank you Augusta, we'll do our best to review the edits so hopefully the next DIY is more clear 😊Thank you so much for your feedback, we are always learning so it really helps out! 💕
We used newborn sized diapers but you can certainly use a size up (size 1) diapers too. If the diapers are not as big then you may not need as many. Hope this helps!

Glad it was helpful, this is going to be perfect for them! The best part is - plenty of diapers to use once the event is over! 🥰 Best of luck!
About to make these but doing unicorn theme. A colorful pompom for the head and cut out ears and horn on top.

Hi this may be a silly question how did you get your balloons into the center of the cake to stay ?

We got them at our local craft store but it was a little while ago so the designs may have changed. You can find similar crafty bits in the scrapbooking aisle as well. Hope this helps!
Love it!
Thanks!! 💕
Loved the centerpieces. What store did you get the "crafty bits" from?
Thank you so much Jordan! We got them at our local craft store (like Michael's, Hobby Lobby type of store) but you can even use just paper cut outs attached with glue-dots to the ribbon. If you're running low on time, feel free to leave those off and just tie a ribbon bow instead. Hope this helps!
Where can I get the craft figures? I can not find them anywhere. Thanks

Hi where do you get the plastic decorations from please
Unfortunately, it's been a while since we carried those items but we do have these available right now - balsacircle.com/collections/baby-shower-accessories
I will be using this for my sister baby shower ♡ ♡♡♡♡
Yey! Happy decorating! 💕
what size of diapers did you use?
We used newborn diapers! You can use a bigger size tho, the proportions will be slightly different but not by too much!
Hello!! you guys make it look so easy. Inspired me to try it! Can I ask what brand of diapers used here? these look just plain white ones.
Thank you! We didn't use any specific brand so any will work. We did use newborn diapers for this DIY. We hope it works for you too, the second diaper cake we made went a lot faster that's for sure, good luck! 💕
Wow, quick and perfectly done, i will be doing this for a baby girl
It would look so cute! Let us know how it turns out!

Where do u get the accessories from please? Which craft store?
Thank you

Love this! I was thinking maybe instead of the toilet paper roll, would a baby bottle work?

Love this tutorial. Quick and beautiful. Thank you. 😇😎

Yup. Rolled them all. Now I just have to assemble. The Diapers I have (size 3) are smaller than I want them but it'll work.
What size did you use?
We used new born diapers (not sure the brand tho!) but it would still work with other sizes. You can always do three layers instead of 2 if that looks better. 😊
Do you have the video or patterns for the crown, onsie, etc that u glues to the cake

awesome😱😘😇
Thank you!
If you don't have a cricket like me, I've seen little crowns at the dollar store.
Love it! We just got new crowns in for party decorations and more - balsacircle.com/search?q=crown
Very creative.
Thank you so much! We have more baby shower video ideas in the works 💕
how do you put the crown on
